Review of my Anschutz 1517 rifle. I have just found out that a thumbhole stock is now available for this gun so expect a review of that soon - depending on price. This is the gun I use for the majority of my rabbit and rat shooting and whilst nowhere near as cheap as using a .22, I much prefer the .17HMR as the extra ‘whack’ from the supersonic ballistic tip rounds make for a more humane job. I answer many questions and hopefully will help you guys along the way. The rifles featured in this video are a SAVAGE 93R .17HMR and a RUGER SR22lr. The ruger has a simple red dot scope on it not a real scope like on the savage but it still can get a pretty good group going
