    Nice shootin Tex. I can’t remember which story it was, But in 6th. grade Mr. Gare had us read James Fenimore Copper where there was a scene in which the marksman shot out the flame of a candle. I went home and tried it with my pellet rifle, but did not get the same results. Can you belive that our sixth grade english teacher actually brought a couple of rifles to school so we could have a better understanding of what it meant to be a marksman. That was probably 1978. Good time to be young.
