I did this review based on my first time firing this gun and how powerful the 158gr 357mag ammo is in this little snub nose revolver. I am by no means a professional nor do I profess to be. Please take this review as one woman’s opinion, ONLY!!!
try the shot cartrage in 38 spc.
Sweet vid! Just purchased the hammerless version yesterday. Cant wait to shoot it.
great vid. were considering the 3 inch version. thanks
@survivaleveryday Keep in mind REVOLVERS are the most reliable guns. 99.9% non jam. Easy to clean. Down Side. 5 to 6 shots only
PROS:…it only takes one shot to stop someone. CONS: When at the range, reload after reload.
been thinkin bout gettin one of these for a just-in-case gun for my wife when i’m gone out of the country. your video really shows the profile of the gun and how well it matches up with a womans hands. i’ll have to see if i can get my wife to try one out. i feel more comfortable getting her a DA revolver since its easy as me loading it up and telling her where to find it — all she has to to is point and pull. its either one of these or a taurus 669 whichever she likes better.
happy to find your channel, and the rest of the airgun people, we like shooting indoors for fun until going to gun range. airguns offer a person target practice all year round on a budget LOL. revolvers are the best, simple, practical, reliable and will not jam. women had brung down attackers more with revolvers than any other gun, semi auto handguns have failed when needed, this is based on statistics with live encounters with attackers, and robbers.
how have i not found this channel until now? I”ve been watching gun videos for 2 years!!!!
i dont like this one at all to much lenth of pull for triggers
i bought one. its a good home defense weapon. and i put some 38+p ammo on it. and its great that you exercise your 2nd amendment rights.
@survivaleveryday Thank I’m glad I could help, and Im sure you will enjoy your new baby. It is well worth the money.
Thanks for this video. I actually got the SP101 based on your video…. I was on the fence with revolvers. I have been meaning to post this comment for a while.
Worth its weight in gold times 10, love it!
Well done! It is refreshing to see a womans point of view on the topic.
i like your 357 its alot like my ruger gp100 just smaller.
@dajuan1104 You’ll love it, they are really nice wheel guns

your review was great for someone who just started buying firearms, your very good keep it up, what’ next machine gun ha ha just joking god bless
My buddies wife loves to shoot a cowboy style .44 mag. she every bit of 5′2. Cracked me up when i saw her shoot it.
what a nice review thank you. i will soon teach my wife to shoot and you’re review has helped her be at ease
I like your Sp101 review better than all the others on youtube.
I think the SP101 is one of the most beautiful handguns ever made.
how much did your gun cost?
This review was well done.
outstanding workhorse revolver…i don’t own any revolvers…yet.
my dad works for ruger in NH.
that is one of the stoutest designs out there.
excellent choice
Good video. I just recently switched my primary CCW to the SP101 after my 3rd carry auto failed. I’m sticking to wheel guns from now on. I plan on sticking a set of CT laser grips on it as well.
