    The Ljungman is a nice weapon with the versatile caliber 6.5×55 which is the smallest caliber used for moose hunting here in
    Sweden.

    Thank’s but only reason i know is because like you it is also my pride and joy,absolutely a wonderful and very rare gun,that gun was made for two years 1966 to 1968 . i own four of them, that’s all i collect,hang on to it as long as you can as the value is going off the charts..

    That’s a model 600 6.5 Magnum not a mauser.. remington did not make any mauser’s in the model 600..

    saw one of those model 600’s several years ago, it had a birch & walnut stock, one of the best looking rifles I’d ever seen, like the vented-rib barrel too
