    also this magnum was chained up and had wires holding it down, and held? with 2 hands. and it still hurt his hand when he fired it, so tell me, am i wrong (it was not a 44 Magnum?) or my mate didn’t shoot it right, or increased gunpowder?
    He only got 6 shots.

    Granted, I was also using an Auto-Mag, so that could be the reason…

    @kirant Are you crazy? Have you ever shot a 44 mag? I’m 12 years old and it kicks like nothing to? me. a 240 grain bullet at 1500 fps is very mild… There’s a reason it was the most powerful handgun 40 years ago, not saying it’s a bad cartridge (it’s a great one) but recoil is very mild.

    @kirant Yeah,? he should have been leaning forward. Leaning back just makes it harder on you. And yeah, the kick on a .44 Magnum is huge, but some people can handle it like it’s nothing. It depends on the individual shooter.

    While he had an improper stance (forward would? have been better I think), we also have to remember there’s a reason .44 Magnums are rarely ever used…the kick on those things is hideous.

    just a tip.. you may not wanna lean back when you shooting handguns, you get a better recoil absorption and aim when you lean a tiny bit forward. In that way there will be much more? fun to shoot any handgun. ;)
