It’s best to start him out with a single shot .22 or .17 rifle, because it is easier for him to hit the target. Once their hooked and enjoy shooting, that’s when you let them try something more difficult. That’s the way my boys were. It goes the same for fishing, my boys hated fishing until we went to Alaska, there they were catching fish like crazy, now they love fishing.
