yes they can come in and ensure that your machine guns are locked up. they can only be out of the safe when u are going to go shooting or being cleaned….. so yes they can enter whenever and without warning to catch ppl who dont follow the rules, that is my understanding

I talked to a dude who had one (supposedly) and he said that basically the ATF can come in your house at anytime day or night whether your there or not. That’s how he explained it, if anyone here has a class 3, and knows that to be false, please say so.

I just think that people are too narrowly fit into categories and that my ideals spread into several categories. I know what you are saying and I get that often, but there are a lot of things that will not allow me to be classified as conservative/Republican or Democrat/liberal.
