   I have a Crosman Pumpmaster 760 and a Daisy Buck ( fun )

   My friend shot a bird in the eye with the buck, do you think its the wrong thing to do if the bird is still alive and put out of its misery by being executed, by a pumpmaster shot to the head? or should I just leave it let it die a slow death

    In my experience, 75 yards was my maximum efective range. The average distance of my videos is around 25-35 yards. Typically, most of my shots are “one shot kills” however you may see some videos where there is “trouting” which is movement after a head-shot. Most hunters aim for the heart, which will not kill instantly but still humanely. I aim for head shots as it renders an animal “brain dead” and to me this is most humane and instantaneous.

    In your experience what is max effective range of your whisper? whatts the average distance of your kills? Do you get a lot of woundings that require a second shot to kill animal? thanks
